Sustainability and Organic

At Lewald Restaurant, authenticity is our cornerstone. Our ingredients are strictly organic and come from local zero-kilometer cultivations in South Tyrol, ensuring tasty and healthy dishes. We avoid commercial products, emphasizing freshness and local origin. To accommodate those with celiac disease or those opting for a gluten-free diet, we have set up a dedicated Glutenfree corner. With our commitment, we value responsible farming and the authentic traditions of our cherished region.

 

Breakfast

Start your day as best as you can! Our daily brimming buffet offers you a large choice of delicacies from Alto-Adige that are served on a cutting board, eggs, fresh-squeezed juices, yogurts, delicacies made of granola, but cereals, fresh bread, delicious croissants, sweets, home-made cakes and a lot of fresh fruit as well! Your breakfast may have a characteristic taste if you do it in our elegant winter garden or, during summer, in our patio.

 

In Restaurant Lewald, you can find everything you may expect from one of the most renowned restaurants in Bolzano: a varying and seasonal menu perfectly combining the best home-made Italian delicacies with the most famous dishes from the culinary tradition of Alto-Adige. Our chef really cares about the quality of food and chooses only fresher ingredients and local products for you, in order to cook them professionally and give you a tasteful and good cuisine. Our most appreciated dishes are knödels, freshly prepared beef tartare, fagottini and fresh pasta, carefully handmade in our restaurant’s kitchen near Bolzano.

Lunch

Our kitchen is usually closed at lunch. But, upon request and reservation, we are really glad to wait for you for lunch as well.

Dinner

From Monday to Friday evening, our chef is pleased to always delight you with new dishes, delicious Tyrolese creations, but with Italian tasteful dishes, carefully prepared according to the Mediterranean tradition, as well. We suggest you to have dinner with one of the excellent wines you can choose from our well-provided cellar.
