Our chef really cares about the quality of food and chooses only fresher ingredients and local products for you, in order to cook them professionally and give you a tasteful and good cuisine. Our most appreciated dishes are knödels, freshly prepared beef tartare, fagottini and fresh pasta, carefully handmade in our restaurant’s kitchen near Bolzano.

Start your day as best as you can! Our daily brimming buffet offers you a large choice of delicacies from Alto-Adige that are served on a cutting board, eggs, fresh-squeezed juices, yogurts, delicacies made of granola, but cereals, fresh bread, delicious croissants, sweets, home-made cakes and a lot of fresh fruit as well! Your breakfast may have a characteristic taste if you do it in our elegant winter garden or, during summer, in our patio.
Our kitchen is usually closed at lunch. But, upon request and reservation, we are really glad to wait for you for lunch as well.
From Monday to Friday evening, our chef is pleased to always delight you with new dishes, delicious Tyrolese creations, but with Italian tasteful dishes, carefully prepared according to the Mediterranean tradition, as well. We suggest you to have dinner with one of the excellent wines you can choose from our well-provided cellar.
