General conditions

- Check in until 10 p.m. – Check out until 11 a.m.

 

- We inform our guests that smoking is forbidden inside rooms and suites. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony or in the large garden.

 

- Each room has a free covered parking space in our video-monitored garage. Instead, parking places in a private garage cost €10 per day.

Payment methods accepted:

We accept the majority of credit cards, but not cheques.

Animals:  Animals are not allowed in the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

- 3 days before your arrival = no penalty.
- 2 day before your arrival = 100% of the entire stay
During the high season (from 15 March to 15 January): Cancellation within 8 days before arrival = 100% of the entire stay

 

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION FOR GROUPS (from 20 participants on) 

- Between € 500 and € 1000 on the day of booking

- 50% of the quota booked up up to 30 days before arrival

- the remaining amount up to 14 days before arrival

 

In case you lose the key of your room, €200 will be charged.

 

Failure to return the key at check-out results in an extra charge for the cost of the room, until the day the key is returned (e.g. check out 5 May, return key 8 May, penalty for failure to return key equal to the cost of the room for three nights)

 

Our rates always include our rich breakfast, WI-FI connection, underground garage, the use of our wellness area and pool and the tourist tax (2,20€).
